How the Vishnivo trust score works
A score out of 100 built from five things we can check. No payment, no secret weights.
The short version
The Vishnivo trust score is a number from 0 to 100 shown on every business profile. It comes from five factors: verified registration, a complete profile, a linked online presence, verified customer reviews, and time listed in good standing. Paying for a plan is not one of the factors.
| Factor | Points | How we measure it |
|---|---|---|
| Verified registration | 30 | We review one official registration document from your own country and confirm that it matches your business name. |
| Complete profile | 20 | Address, phone or email, services, logo, descriptions and at least one category are filled in accurately. |
| Linked online presence | 15 | Your website and social accounts are confirmed as yours, for example by a code on the site or a message from the account. |
| Verified customer reviews | 25 | The average of star ratings from verified customers, weighted by how many reviews there are. A new profile has no reviews yet, so it starts without these points. |
| Time listed in good standing | 10 | Points grow each year that you stay listed without an upheld complaint. |
Reviews and stars
Reviews use a one to five star scale. Only verified customers can post, every review is moderated, and businesses can reply in public. We never write, sell or remove reviews for money, and paid and unpaid businesses follow exactly the same rules.
What plans do and do not do
Plans give you more categories, more branding space and a more visible card in results. Sponsored cards are labelled “Sponsored”. A plan never changes your score, your star rating or which reviews appear.
Links and search engines
Because plans are paid, outbound links from profiles are marked rel="sponsored", as Google’s link guidelines ask. Expect visibility and referral visitors, not a ranking boost from the link itself.
What we need from you
- One official business registration document from your country
- A website or social account that you control
- Accurate contact details
Trust score questions
What is a good trust score?
A new verified business with a complete profile and linked accounts can reach about 65 before any reviews. Scores above 80 usually include many verified reviews over a longer time.
Can a business buy a higher trust score?
No. Payment is not a factor in the score, in the star rating or in which reviews are displayed.
How are customers verified?
A customer confirms by email, or by quoting an order or invoice reference that the business can check. Unverified feedback is not counted.
What happens if I disagree with a review?
You can reply publicly, or report the review to us. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic or posted by competitors, and we explain the decision to both sides.
Can the score go down?
Yes. An expired registration, a broken website, or an upheld complaint can lower the score.
