Using the directory
You may browse Vishnivo freely. You must not scrape it, misuse it, or post unlawful, false or abusive content.
Listing a business
You must be authorised to list the business, and the details and documents you give must be true. We may refuse, suspend or remove a listing that is false, misleading or unlawful.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed yearly by invoice and paid by UPI, bank transfer or international wire. Prices are quoted per month and billed once a year. If we reject your registration document we refund the full amount. After your profile is live, the plan runs for its full year.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, visitors, leads, sales or reviews. Plans affect placement and tools only. They never change a trust score, a star rating or which reviews are shown.
Reviews
Reviews must come from verified customers and be honest, relevant and respectful. We moderate reviews and may remove those that break these rules.
Links
Outbound links from paid profiles are marked as sponsored. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vishnivo and Apensia Media are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the directory.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chandigarh having jurisdiction, unless your local law says otherwise.
